A user registers for an account, gaining access to learning materials. Fill out the form below to register for The Learning Network for Senior Services.

You need to register only once. If you have already registered, the next step is to login.

Login Information

Enter a user name and password to use when logging in to the web site. Select something easy to remember, because you will use this information every time you login to the site.

Your user name and password can consist of any alpha-numeric character (0-9 and A-Z) and are not case sensitive.

Lost user name and password can be retrieved automatically if an email address is entered.

NOTE: If you do not enter an email address, your facility TLN administrator will be able to retrieve your user name and password for you.
